Shipping Policy

Every piece is prepared with care in small batches, so please allow a short processing window before your order ships.

Processing time: 2–4 business days before your order ships.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping: 3–7 business days in transit after processing, via USPS or UPS.

International shipping: We ship to select countries outside the U.S.; transit time is typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package leaves our hands, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed order — email kremeclothingllc@gmail.com with your order number.
